Inquiry and free consultation
An inquiry or initial call is an exchange of information. It is not an order, does not form a contract, and does not guarantee an outcome. A project begins only after both parties agree in writing to a separate scope, timeline, and fee.
Displayed estimates
Case-study time ranges are estimates. They describe active human work rather than unattended processing time. Actual time and results vary with inputs, existing systems, and review requirements.
Intellectual property and confidential information
Do not redistribute site copy, images, or case-study materials without permission. Do not submit materials you lack the right to share, passwords, API keys, or customer records. Project-specific ownership and confidentiality are defined in the written agreement.
No online ordering
This site currently does not accept orders or payments. If consumer-facing online ordering is introduced, the required operator and transaction disclosures will be published before orders are accepted.
Governing law
These site and inquiry terms are governed by the laws of Japan. A project-specific written agreement takes priority for that engagement.
